INCITING INCIDENT RESPONSE:
           Well when he was a block  away from his house the police told him to put his hands up but he didnt do anything but was asking a lot of questions and the police thought he was trying to be smart with him but took him even though he didnt do anything besides walk down the street.

The story has a mood that sounds foreshadowing there in occasions the word Grave, Tomb and many that involve death sounds like a person will die in the story who knows maybe the man walking alone  is the killer that's why there is no one out there only him and the loneliness the nightly breeze the shivering leaves, the night sky saying someone will die!!!
